Will write Coverage A up to $1,500,000

Home must be owner occupied

Will write Landlord on the HO-3 form, but must include "Residence Rented to Others" endorsement.

Short and long term rental NOT eligible

Minimum premium is $2,000. Minimum earned premium is 25%.
