Branch is a preferred, packaged carrier seeking packaged auto and property business
Wood or T-Lock Shingles are ineligible
EIFS and Asbestos are ineligible
All stairs and landings more than 3 steps, or 2 feet must have a handrail or guardrail
Foundation must be continuous and in good repair

Max coverage A is $950K (except TX); underwriting will consider up to $1.2 M
Max coverage A in TX is $850K
Max BI is $250/500 or $500K CSL
Umbrella is $2M.
